This is a privately held $26MM company, currently, with 125 employees domestic and abroad. This Healthcare MR division produces $12MM per year with “zero turnover” according to their well respected President. This company partners with clients to help better predict, manage and influence the healthcare decisions of physicians, payors and patients. Their research offerings are uniquely designed to meet the needs that arise throughout the commercialization process- from clinical discovery to launch, and accelerated growth to generic competition.
As VP, you must be able to generate significant revenue from your Pharma clients who are buying from you as opposed to the company for whom you work. In this position, you can be involved in anywhere from 10 to 100% of the research connected to your studies with minimum revenue of $1MM. If you are a pure salesperson, without a background in research, writing proposals, questionnaires, topical guides and reports, you must be able to generate a minimum of $1.5MM to warrant support. This company would like you to be able to generate revenue from qualitative and quantitative studies along with domestic and international (sourced outside of the US) work; however, if you are the right individual, the company can bend on this criteria.
Company’s US healthcare office is located in Pennsylvania, but the position offers a remote working opportunity as well. Position reports to President of company. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Looking for talent in the Pharma corridor on the East Coast, in the Midwest, and on the West Coast.
