<p>In this position, you will be working on custom primary products, with 80% of the work being quantitative.   As SVP, your goal in the first year will be to generate between $500K to $1MM in new business.   This opportunity offers room for growth for an equity partnership.  This is a flat organization, where you also need to handle the account after winning the business.  This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, plus strong commissions.  This position reports directly to the President, who has been with the company for over 20 years.  This position allows for a mix of commuting and working remotely.   Whatever your sector of expertise might be, whether finance, technology or healthcare, this company will be interested in your skill set.  The best candidate will not be coming from a large bureaucratic organization.</p>
